Srijohn Mandal is a Red Seal Certified Journeyman Chef in the Province of Alberta, and has over 20 years experience in the culinary industry. He has a passion for is work and is dedicated to delivering the finest and best possible quality products to the people of Grande Prairie and Area. Srijohn, or John for short, purchased Europa Deli & Sausage Hut in 2017, and has continued the European heritage that the business was originally founded with in 2008.
